As a business person, I am always looking for new opportunities to increase my bottom line.  Some of the ventures that I have tried out in the past include ice cream stands, golf courses, and even a toy store.  Even though these were some successes of mine, I am always looking to try something new.

So, when some prime real estate came up for sale in town, I bought it.  I thought that with the number of car dealers in Fort Worth that one of them would be interested in the location, which happened to be on a main street.

It didn’t take long for someone to approach me, and it happened to be the Mitsubishi dealer that was very interested in the space.  They were currently on a lot that was way too small for them, so they thought that it would be a good fit.

After signing the papers this past week, we will be beginning construction as soon as we can get the necessary permits.  Hopefully it won’t take too long to get things setup and we will be able to get them all moved before the start of next year.

It is just nice when things work out when it comes to a business venture and it will be even nicer when the checks start to come in (since then we can enjoy the fruits of our labor).
